Job summary

Atidan Technologies is seeking a skilled data analytics professional to develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, automate processes with Power Automate, and lead data migration to a new fundraising and ERP system.

You will extract, cleanse, and validate data from legacy systems, collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements, and ensure data integrity across platforms while delivering scalable, user-friendly solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics, BI, or data reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI including DAX, data modeling, and report design.
• Strong experience with developing and maintaining Power Automate workflows.
• Experience with data cleansing and migration projects, including working with legacy systems.
• Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases.
• Familiarity with low-code/no-code development principles and tools.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize donor activity, grant distributions, and performance metrics.

• Document dashboard logic, workflows, and data sources for training.
• Provide training and support for staff on Power Platform and automation tools.
• Coordinate with external vendors to integrate third-party data sources as needed.

• Design and implement Power Automate workflows to automate routine tasks and expand low-code/no-code capabilities to improve operational efficiency.
• Lead the data migration process to a new fundraising and ERP system:
• Extract data from legacy systems
• Cleanse, normalize, and validate data
• Coordinate and support the transfer and loading of data into the new platform
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into scalable, user-friendly solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems and reports.
• Document dashboard logic, workflow processes, and data sources for internal reference and training.
• Provide training and support for staff on Power Platform and automation tools.
• Coordinate with external vendors and partners to integrate third-party data sources as needed.
