Job summary

Citizens Bank is seeking a Corporate Giving Data and Project Manager to lead data management, analysis and visualization for enterprise reporting. You will own dashboards in Tableau and Excel, respond to requests, and collaborate across HR and business lines to enhance community data insights.

The role requires 5+ years in data management/analysis, expertise in BI tools, scripting (Python/R), SQL, and experience with corporate giving platforms.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in data management and analysis with a proven track record of crafting and executing data projects from scratch.
• Ability to think strategically, prioritize, plan and manage challenging projects with tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills and experience, with the ability to quickly synthesize a large volume of data, generate reports and summarize key insights.
• Strong communication, problem solving and relationship-building skills.
• Detail-oriented self-starter with the ability to see the big picture.
• Experience with data cleaning, data quality, and database governance.
• Experience performing data analysis and visualization with large datasets.
• Experience building reports and dashboards using BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
• Proficiency in scripting languages from scratch (Python or R).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, etc.).
• Strong understanding of best practices in philanthropy.
• Experience with SQL and Microsoft Stack (PowerApps, SharePoint).
• Experience with Bonterra/CyberGrants platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards to elevate community data reporting.
• Create and distribute reports in Tableau and Excel for senior leaders.
• Respond to data requests and automate reporting through scripting and BI tools.
• Analyze ad hoc requests to identify dashboards to build or enhance.
• Manage and clean community data; suggest data collection improvements.
• Produce insights from grantmaking data for collaborative views with partners.
• Collaborate with HR, Community Development, and business lines to enhance reporting.
