Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Grad or GED.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 8+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead team of Product Services Engineers including managing workflow and performance.
• Use analytics to drive process improvements and customer satisfaction.
• Resolve complex production issues, including testing and knowledge sharing.
• Guide product roadmaps by communicating customer technology goals.
• Explain technical issues clearly to non-technical customers via phone/email/chat.
