Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience required.
• 8+ years of experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead team of Product Services Engineers including managing workflow, setting goals, and assessing performance.
• Leverage advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to take on multiple projects that drive process improvements and customer satisfaction.
• Drive resolution of complex production issues, including escalation, system testing, strategy sessions, and distribution of knowledge throughout the company.
• Communicate customer technology goals to influence product roadmaps to meet business needs.
• Communicate technical issues to non-technical customers in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat.
