Job summary

PALMS Insurance, a NextEra Energy company, seeks a Manager of Data and Product Services to lead the in-house data portfolio and external applications. You will drive the Palms Data Warehouse, Power BI dashboard reporting, and ad-hoc data reporting while guiding a team of engineers and coordinating with vendors.

Qualifications

• High School Grad / GED.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead team of Product Services Engineers, manage workflow, set goals, and assess performance.
• Apply advanced analytical and problem-solving skills on multiple projects to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
• Drive resolution of complex production issues, including escalation, testing, strategy sessions, and knowledge sharing.
• Translate customer technology goals to influence product roadmaps.
• Explain technical issues to non-technical customers via phone, email or chat.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
