Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in data-related roles (data entry, document review, billing, accounts payable, admin support).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in large data sets.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with large volumes of information while maintaining quality.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Review and process large volumes of documentation and transaction data
• Enter information into company systems with a high degree of accuracy
• Verify data completeness and identify errors, discrepancies, or missing information
• Audit records to ensure compliance with established procedures and client requirements
• Research and resolve exceptions, discrepancies, and processing issues
• Reconcile information across multiple systems and reports
• Maintain accurate records and supporting documentation
• Generate and review reports as needed
• Meet daily and weekly productivity and accuracy goals
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve workflow efficiency
• Follow established procedures, business rules, and service-level expectations
