Job summary

Natera, Inc. is seeking a Data Privacy Manager to operationalize enterprise privacy capabilities across the organization, partnering with Legal, Regulatory, Security and Product teams to embed privacy by design in data, technology and initiatives.

The role combines governance, technology enablement, and strategic initiatives across clinical, research and commercial environments, with a focus on regulatory compliance, data mapping, and scalable privacy solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing enterprise privacy programs.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA/CPRA.
• Experience in healthcare privacy and clinical research.

Responsibilities

• Operationalize privacy governance frameworks for compliant data use.
• Advise partners on privacy requirements and evolving regulations.
• Improve privacy technology capabilities and embed privacy-by-design.
• Provide privacy guidance across clinical research and real-world data initiatives.
• Support cross-functional initiatives balancing regulatory obligations with business goals.
