• Own Data Product Delivery: Lead the build of cross-functional data products and analytics experiences, track delivery KPIs, and create the operating model.
• Standardize & Scale Data Products: Define publishing standards and golden paths for AI-ready, semantically correct data products.
• Build AI-Native Engineering: Drive agentic data engineering, train engineers, and lift productivity 3-5x
