Job summary

Natera, a global leader in cell-free DNA testing, seeks a privacy professional to operationalize enterprise privacy governance and collaborate with product, engineering, security, and AI governance teams. You will guide privacy-by-design implementations across clinical research, real-world data, and genomics initiatives.

The ideal candidate brings 3-5 years of privacy or healthcare compliance experience, a Bachelor's degree, and strong regulatory knowledge including HIPAA, GDPR, and CCPA/CPRA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; IAPP certification highly preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in privacy, healthcare compliance, or information governance.
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, privacy-by-design, and data mapping.

Responsibilities

• Support the operationalization of enterprise privacy governance frameworks that enable responsible, compliant, and scalable use of information.
