Ford Motor Company is seeking a Data Governance Analyst focused on Data Privacy and Use within the Global Data Insight & Analytics (GDI&A) team. You will work with data management, IT and security, ensuring customer and enterprise data are governed assets while supporting privacy and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include processing data-use requests via the DAP, assessing privacy needs, and analyzing data with tools like BigQuery, Alteryx, R, and Python.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in business requirements analysis, data management, or related roles.
• Experience with cross-functional stakeholders across business, legal, privacy, security, risk, and IT.
• Strong analytical and communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Process data-use requests through the Data Activation Portal (DAP).
• Analyze customer privacy requirements and approval considerations.
• Leverage GCP BigQuery, Alteryx, R, Python for data analysis.
• Collaborate with OGC, HR, Security, Risk, and App Development to implement safeguards.
• Support GDPR and CCPA audits and governance assessments.
• Serve as a data governance SME and promote compliant data use at scale.
