Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking a Data Governance Analyst focused on Data Privacy and Use. You will join a global team to ensure customer and enterprise data are governed as enterprise assets, while complying with privacy and security requirements across Ford’s global data environment.

Responsibilities include processing data-use requests, analyzing privacy needs, and supporting GDPR/CCPA audits. Collaboration with legal, HR, IT security, and data stewards is essential to drive compliant data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; Master’s preferred.
• 3–5 years in business requirements analysis or data governance-related roles.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in legal, privacy, security, and IT.

Responsibilities

• Process data-use requests and assess privacy requirements across stakeholders.
• Analyze data and support privacy governance initiatives using analytics tools.
• Collaborate with legal, HR, security, risk, and application teams to implement safeguards.
• Support GDPR, CCPA audits and related governance activities.
• Partner with data stewards to enforce compliance and access-management policies.
• Develop knowledge of country/region privacy laws including GDPR/CCPA.
