Job summary

Ford Energy seeks a Senior Manager of MDM Governance, Data Quality & AI Enablement in Dearborn, MI. You will own governance strategy across CRM and ERP, partnering with BI/SI consultants and DRIs, through multiple releases and production starts.

You will drive data quality, AI readiness, and scalable governance for a foundational data layer, with a clear path to an expanded enterprise data organization as Ford Energy matures.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of MDM/Data Governance experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Proven track record building or maturing an MDM governance program.
• Cross-domain fluency across CRM, Finance, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing.
• Working depth in Salesforce and SAP data flows and systems of record.
• Experience coordinating with external BI/SI consultants and integrators.
• Ability to influence leaders without direct authority.
• Strong executive communication translating data risk into business terms.

Responsibilities

• Establishes, authorizes, and enforces data governance policies and procedures.
• Define golden-record rules and approval workflows for master data.
• Define data quality dimensions and readiness for AI deployments.
• Align CRM and ERP data definitions across Salesforce and SAP.
• Govern material master across PLM, SAP, and MES with related data.
• Drive unified customer, supplier, and finance master data views.
• Set KPIs and monitor data quality across releases; build dashboards.
• Ensure compliance, audit trails, and traceability for data.
• Lead change management and stakeholder communications for releases.
• Plan scalable data model and future state for enterprise data organization.
