Job summary

Icon Health is seeking a Product Manager to collaborate with technology, data, and product leaders to translate business and clinical priorities into actionable roadmaps. You will shape strategy for data and platform areas and turn workflows into scalable, evidence-based solutions.

You will own roadmaps, write detailed requirements, and partner with executives to discover and validate new product areas, driving impact across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience, ideally on data-heavy or platform products
• Owned roadmaps and shipped with engineering and data teams
• Strong requirements-writing skills, from high-level strategy down to detailed specs
• Comfort with data (SQL or BI tools a plus) and with APIs, integrations, and data pipelines

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain roadmaps for data and platform/engineering teams, aligned with company priorities
• Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineers and analysts
• Manage backlog and sprint planning with engineering and data leads; track delivery
• Define metrics for new features and measure impact after launch
• Partner with senior product leadership to shape new product areas and business cases
