Job summary

NTT Data Americas, Inc. is seeking a Data Product Engineer (Databricks) to lead end-to-end MVP Data Products in Plano, TX. You will collaborate with risk, governance, and platform teams to define data product standards and templates, while delivering scalable pipelines in the Databricks Lakehouse.

The role requires deep Databricks experience, data governance expertise, and strong communication to drive alignment with business objectives and architectural patterns.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Data Engineering, Data Architecture, Analytics Engineering, or Enterprise Data Management.
• 5+ years designing modern cloud-based data platforms and data products.
• 4+ years hands-on Databricks experience (Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, Workflows, MLflow).
• 3+ years delivering cloud-based solutions on Azure, AWS, or GCP.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of enterprise Data Product standards in Databricks.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify high-value data products and analytics outcomes.
• Define reusable data product frameworks, governance, and metadata standards.
• Architect and build MVP Data Products in Databricks including ingestion, transformation, and security.
