Garner Health is seeking an exceptional Product Manager for our Data Platform team based in New York City. You will shape data ingestion and governance strategies, partnering with data engineering and product teams to deliver scalable solutions.

You will own cross-functional collaboration, drive end-to-end feature development, and establish metrics to measure impact in a fast-growing, AI-forward environment. Must be able to work on-site 3 days/week in the Financial District.

Qualifikationen

• 2–4 years of product management experience, preferably on data platforms or infrastructure.
• Experience with data ingestion and file-based data exchange; partner with data engineering teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using data to define success metrics.

Aufgaben

• Develop the roadmap for ingesting and processing client data.
• Own the experience for connecting to client data and internal consumers.
• Collaborate with employers and integration partners to understand pain points.
• Drive new product and feature development from ideation to launch.
• Develop prototypes and ship minor features end to end.
• Define success metrics and measure outcomes.
