Job summary

Garner Health is seeking a Product Manager for the Data Ecosystem team in New York. You will own data ingestion and governance to support high-quality, affordable care and report outcomes to clients.

The role requires collaboration with internal teams, employers, and integration partners, and involves end-to-end prototyping and feature delivery. You will define success metrics, build scalable data processing approaches, and drive overall product strategy from ideation to launch in a fast-growing

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of product management experience, ideally on data platforms, integrations or infrastructure products.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams and external partners.
• High level of autonomy and ownership in ambiguous problem spaces.

Responsibilities

• Develop the roadmap for ingesting and processing client data and ensure quality and speed.
• Own the experience for connecting to client data and making it available to internal consumers.
• Embed with internal teams and partners to understand pain points and develop product ideas.
• Drive new product and feature development from ideation to launch.
• Develop prototypes and ship minor features end to end.
