Job summary

Midstream Health is seeking a Product Manager to shape the foundation powering its AI-native products across supply chain, managed care, and pharmacy. You will own the data infrastructure strategy, guide shared capabilities, and drive scalable, trusted data decisions with strong cross‑functional collaboration.

As the first Platform PM, you will define how AI and data converge to solve complex healthcare financial challenges, enabling faster delivery and measurable impact for health systems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management, building enterprise analytics or data platforms.
• Experience delivering AI-native products with LLMs and agentic capabilities.
• Strong data architecture, APIs, and multi-tenant systems understanding.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration with engineering, research, and product.
• Strategic, first-principles thinker balancing long-term architecture with business needs.

Responsibilities

• Own platform strategy and roadmap for shared data infrastructure.
• Build a trusted data foundation for ingestion, modeling, and connection across products.
• Advance AI agents by defining shared infrastructure and evaluation.
• Define data quality standards and ongoing monitoring.
• Partner with product teams to accelerate development with reusable capabilities.
• Ensure security, privacy, and reliability for enterprise-scale platforms.
