Job summary

AssistRx, Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst to lead onboarding of data assets into the cloud data platform and monitor data quality. You will communicate with leadership on data needs and deadlines while collaborating with clients and internal teams to resolve issues.

The role requires experience with ETL, data-driven reporting, and tools like Tableau, SQL, Salesforce, and Snowflake, plus strong responsiveness under pressure and healthcare data familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (BA) from four-year college or university, or 8+ years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Computer skills
• Experience with ETL, analytic-based, data-driven reporting, Tableau, Sql
• Server, Salesforce, Snowflake
• Other skills
• Experience with healthcare and/or pharmacy data is preferred.
• Previous client-facing experience.
• Must be extremely responsive, able to work under pressure in crisis with a strong sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Leads onboarding of data assets into the cloud data platform and monitors data quality.
• Communicates data needs and deadlines to leadership.
• Researches and resolves data quality issues reported during onboarding or via new file submissions.
• Handles ongoing inquiries regarding data specifications.
