Job summary

RxSense LLC, a healthcare technology leader, is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to own our data platform end-to-end. You will design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and the governed data layers powering analytics across the organization.

You will work with Snowflake, Airflow, and dbt to implement end-to-end data flows, ensure reliability, and drive data governance across gold/silver layers, enabling AI-driven analytics and client reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on data engineering experience building pipelines, data models, and platform infra.
• Snowflake production experience with data modeling, transformations, and cost management.
• Hands-on experience with DAG-based orchestration (Airflow, Prefect, Dagster, Mage).
• dbt for transformation modeling, testing, and documentation in a warehouse.
• Strong SQL to write, optimize, and review complex queries.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and Snowflake-based platform infra.
• Architect end-to-end data flows from ingestion to gold/silver layers.
• Own platform reliability, performance tuning, and ongoing maintenance as a product.
• Refactor legacy systems for scale, cost efficiency, and maintainability.
• Establish version control, CI/CD, testing, and documentation for all components.
