Job summary

AssistRx, Inc. seeks a QA Lead of Data and Reporting to guide testers and ensure accuracy of data and reporting systems for clients. The role partners with data teams and stakeholders to deliver reliable data products and insights.

You will develop testing strategies (manual and automated), oversee test plans, and ensure timely delivery while reporting quality metrics to leadership. Strong SQL, Snowflake, Tableau, and QA tooling experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/IT or related field.
• At least 5 years in QA/testing with 3+ years in a lead role.
• Experience testing data, reporting systems, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
• Strong SQL skills and complex queries to validate data outputs.
• Experience with Snowflake, including data modeling and loading.
• Experience with testing tools like qTest and JIRA.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and train QA team members, including setting goals and processes.
• Develop and implement testing strategies for data and reporting systems (manual & automated).
• Collaborate with developers, data engineers and analysts to translate requirements into test plans.
• Review data processes, test results, and delivery plans to identify issues and risks.
• Develop and maintain test plans, cases, and scripts for data systems.
• Provide regular status reports on testing and quality metrics.
