Job summary

AssistRx, Inc. seeks a Data Insight Analyst to acquire, manage and analyze data from the data warehouse and Salesforce, delivering actionable insights to internal teams, clients and partners.

Develop reports and analytics, identify patterns, trends and correlations, QA data before client delivery, and communicate data needs and deadlines to clients, while training partners on data specifications. This role requires strong Excel/SQL skills and experience with healthcare data.

Qualifications

• This role is a self-starter with minimal direction.
• Thrives in an entrepreneurial-like environment.
• Tableau and Salesforce reporting experience preferred.
• Experience with healthcare and/or pharmacy data preferred.
• Excel and SQL are required.
• Previous client-facing experience is a must.
• Must be highly responsive and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Develop reports and analytics using data from data warehouse and Salesforce.
• Provide consultative insights and narrate findings with visuals.
• Analyze data to identify patterns, trends and correlations.
• QA data and reports before sharing with clients.
• Communicate data needs and deadlines with clients.
• Identify data quality issues and support data specifications.
• Lead client trainings on data specifications.
