Job summary

CareDx, Inc. is seeking a Sr Integration Specialist to lead data integration efforts across on‑premise and cloud platforms, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility for analytics-driven decision making.

You will partner with IT and business stakeholders to design, implement, and maintain scalable data integration solutions, driving operational efficiency and data quality across CareDx systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in computer science, information systems, or related field with 7–10 years of experience in enterprise IT roles.
• Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience designing, implementing, and managing data integration solutions across platforms.
• Proficiency with data integration tools, ETLs, and platforms (Celigo Informatica, Workato, Talend, MuleSoft) and database technologies (SQL, NoSQL).
• Experience with ADP, NetSuite, Salesforce, LIMS, Concur, ServiceNow, etc.; strong API management, web services, and middleware knowledge.
• SOAP, REST, and familiarity with GraphQL; cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and data services; data governance and data quality practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders; strong communication skills; Python scripting a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation, selection, and implementation of data integration tools across the enterprise.
• Design, develop, and implement data integration processes across on‑premise and cloud systems.
• Collaborate with IT and business units to identify integration needs and define system specifications.
• Manage full lifecycle of data integration projects: planning, execution, monitoring, maintenance.
• Document data flows, architecture designs, and specifications.
• Ensure data governance, privacy, and security compliance; troubleshoot integration issues.
• Stay current with industry trends in data integration and data management.
• Other duties as assigned.
