• 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional technical teams.
• Proven ability to design and deliver data foundations for analytics and AI.
• Strong knowledge of cloud data platforms and BI data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, scope definition, and technical design for data and integrations.
• Set and enforce engineering standards, reviews, testing, and documentation.
• Own operational health of production data systems, SLAs, monitoring, and incident response.
• Partner with data science and analytics leaders to align engineering with AI priorities.
