• Must have 7+ years of data engineering experience and strong leadership.
• Experience with Snowflake, Azure Data Factory, ADLS Gen 2, and Databricks.
• Proven ability to mentor data engineers and data scientists.
• Strong understanding of ETL/ELT, data lakes, and data warehousing.
• Demonstrated collaboration with business users and agile teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, scope, and design of data integration workflows.
• Mentor onsite and offshore data teams and coordinate delivery across multiple groups.
