Job summary

Capital Group is seeking a Data Engineering Manager for the Data Consumer Experience to lead a team that integrates vendor tools, validates open-source analytics across platforms, and keeps the consumer ecosystem healthy and scalable for thousands of users.

You will partner with business leaders to shape how these tools generate insights, build cloud infrastructure on AWS, and mentor data/engineering teams while delivering scalable data products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• 10+ years of software/data engineering, analytics.
• Led data engineering/technical teams.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Databricks, Terraform.
• Influenced stakeholders and driven best practices.
• Vendor management experience and roadmapping accountability.
• Experience building AWS cloud infrastructure.
