Job summary

Capital Group is seeking a Senior Analyst in the Business Data, Analytics & Tools (BDAT) team to shape and deliver the digital data and analytics roadmap. You will turn engagement data into trusted reporting, reusable data products, and actionable insights that inform client journeys and content optimization.

You will partner with Capabilities & Client Experience, MarTech, Marketing and Technology to translate priorities into deliverables, manage data foundations, and establish scalable

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in web and digital analytics.
• Proficient with Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Experience Manager.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM/Marketing Cloud and Workfront.
• Hands-on with Databricks, SQL and Python; able to work with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).
• Ability to translate business needs into analytics, reporting or data product requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the BDAT digital data and analytics roadmap with stakeholders.
• Translate business priorities into prioritized data product requirements and milestones.
• Manage digital data foundations, tagging, data quality, and governance.
• Govern taxonomy across digital channels including platforms like Adobe Experience Platform and Salesforce.
• Establish a scalable measurement framework for A/B testing and experimentation.
• Deliver dashboards and analytics outputs for web performance and content effectiveness.
• Explore AI/automation opportunities to accelerate insight generation.
• Collaborate with Capabilities & Client Experience, MarTech, and Marketing/Technology teams.
