Capital Group is seeking a Data Product Specialist to partner with business, data domain owners, and technology teams to define and deliver data products, analytics, and reporting that improve decision-making and drive business outcomes.

You will lead end-to-end data product lifecycle, assess current-state maturity with stewards, translate decision needs into data requirements, and help teams interpret data with clear narratives and visuals.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver data products, analytics, and reporting that improve decision-making and drive business outcomes.
• Partner with data domain owners and stewards to assess current-state maturity and define target maturity.
• Lead end-to-end data product lifecycle practices (intake, discovery, prioritization, delivery, adoption, measurement, retirement).
• Collaborate with business units to translate decision needs into data requirements and actionable insights.
• Coach teams in communicating complex findings through clear narratives and effective data visualizations.
