Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or certifications preferred with 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience building production ETL/ELT pipelines for SQL Server or Azure SQL.
• Knowledge of data warehousing, dimensional modeling, data quality, and orchestration.
• Advanced SQL skills: joins, CTEs, window functions, stored procedures, and optimization.
• Proficiency with Python for data processing and automation.
• Git-based development and version control.
• Exposure to Azure and/or AWS cloud platforms.
• In-depth knowledge of Power Platform tools: Power Apps, Power Automate, PowerBI, Fabric.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills; familiarity with Agile.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and improve data pipelines and platforms for analytics and operations.
• Collaborate with analysts, stakeholders, and engineers to translate data requirements into scalable solutions.
• Develop solutions using Power Platform and Azure SQL.
• Ensure data quality through validation, verification, and reconciliation processes.
• Optimize performance with indexing and data structures; monitor security and backups.
• Maintain data dictionaries, models, and user guides; train end-users on systems.
• Model CBRE RISE values in daily work and meet deadlines using standardized practices.
