Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with experience in data engineering or ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Experience building production ETL/ELT pipelines for relational databases.
• Understanding of data warehousing, dimensional modeling and data quality.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, maintain, and improve data pipelines and platforms for analytics and operations.
• Collaborate with data analysts, stakeholders, and engineers to translate data requirements.
• Develop Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Azure SQL.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, validation, and reconciliation processes.
• Fine-tune queries, indexing, and data structures to optimize performance.
• Monitor security, backups, and disaster recovery plans.
• Maintain documentation including data dictionaries and models.
• Provide end-user training and support for database systems and apps.
• Lead by example in line with CBRE RISE values.
• Work within standardized procedures to meet objectives and deadlines.
• Communicate clearly and check for understanding.
