Qualifications

• Experience operating distributed OLAP or serving-layer systems (StarRocks, Trino, ClickHouse, or similar).
• Ability to own data pipelines reliability and incident response.
• Willingness to assume on‑call responsibility and operate production infra.

Responsibilities

• Own performance tuning on the StarRocks serving layer using AI-assisted profiling to fix slow queries before incidents.
• Build and harden data pipelines feeding government cloud investigations with reliable changes.
• Reduce single-point-of-failure risk by enabling independent operation of the serving layer.
• Use AI-assisted debugging and log analysis to accelerate root-cause fixes in a regulated environment.
