RWE Americas, LLC is seeking a Director, Data Platform and Products to own the enterprise data platform and product portfolio, delivering scalable, secure, and governed data assets for analytics, reporting, and AI initiatives.

The role leads cross-functional teams, drives FinOps, and partners with AI and Product leaders to ensure data quality, adoption, and measurable business value across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
• Master’s degree preferred for higher impact.
• Product management training or certification a plus.
• 11+ years in data product management or related roles.
• 3+ years in leadership.
• Proven track record of building data products and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own data platform and product strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Lead design, delivery, and improvement of enterprise data products.
• Establish and enforce enterprise data governance frameworks.
• Build and lead a high-performing product/data team.
• Collaborate with AI and Product leaders on data product requirements.
• Own data function economics and FinOps practices.
• Define and monitor KPIs and cost/value outcomes.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify data needs and promote adoption.
