Job description

Leading a new Data Infrastructure platform build, you will lead a 4-person Data Platform team with a budget to hire 10 more in the next 12 months.

You will report to the SVP of Data Analytics and be part of the Data Org leadership team, forming core relationships with BI, Data Science, and Insights.

Your team's work will establish the technical infrastructure enabling most business users to access crucial Data & Insights for decision-making.

What’s important:

• Someone who can effectively lead and own the development of the Data Infrastructure, demonstrating trustworthiness in this crucial role.
• You should have a background in software engineering.
• Be familiar with Cloud and the Modern Data Stack.
• Experience in a vast real-time data environment is preferred, considering the nature of our clients' business, but we are open to other backgrounds.

We are not focused on years of experience but on the ability to lead and take ownership, which we will evaluate.
