Sieve is seeking a Senior Sales professional in San Francisco to build and run a network of outside companies gathering video, audio, and physical world data for AI training. You will evaluate partners, negotiate terms and scale operations while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

The role blends commercial dealmaking with hands-on follow-through across multiple partners and countries, leveraging data ops and reporting to optimize data collection for frontier models.

Qualifications

• Sourcing and negotiating with external data suppliers.
• Ability to run pilots and scale from pilot to production.
• Understanding unit economics and forecasting for data partnerships.
