Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with top AI lab customers from onboarding through expansion.
• Act as the technical point of contact for customer data pipelines and workflows.
• Translate customer feedback into internal engineering briefs.
• Drive renewals and upsells through identifying new needs.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure customer deliverables are met.
