Job summary

Subway Group is seeking a Sr. Manager, Data Partnerships to define and govern data definitions used across the organization.

You will partner with stakeholders to agree on measures, grains, and dimensions, and prototype definitions using Claude and Claude Code to accelerate AI-driven and self-service use. You will lead governance discussions, certify definitions when appropriate, and help ensure data trust.

Qualifications

• Experience translating business operations into data definitions and governance.
• Ability to manage senior stakeholders during disagreement.
• Experience evaluating data grain and certification calls.
• Familiarity with Claude and Claude Code for prototyping definitions.

Responsibilities

• Define business definitions, grain, and dimensions with stakeholders.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships and understand business operations.
• Decide when to certify a definition as trustworthy with technical validation support.
• Prototype definitions using Claude/Claude Code for data exploration.
• Review data sensitivity classifications and handle escalations with business impact.
