Job summary

Cadent, a data-driven adtech leader in the United States, is seeking a Lead Data Partnerships Manager to drive execution and operational excellence of our external data, identity, and measurement partner ecosystem. Reporting to the VP of Data Partnerships and collaborating with the Director of Data Partner Development, you will own key partner relationships and lead end-to-end contract lifecycle.

This highly cross-functional role requires a sharp legal and financial mind, strong relationship

Qualifications

• 5+ years in partnerships, business development, vendor management, or strategic procurement within AdTech, MarTech, media, or data-driven SaaS.
• Familiarity with commercial deal structures and managing multi-stakeholder contract pipelines through legal and finance.
• Strong knowledge of data-driven advertising: audience targeting, measurement, identity resolution, privacy-safe data sharing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale relationships with third-party data providers, identity platforms, and measurement vendors.
• Lead the commercial negotiation process for renewals, expansions, and new partner agreements with Legal and Finance.
• Maintain an active map of the AdTech landscape, coordinate RFIs and PoCs with Product and Analytics teams, and educate internal teams on data partner ecosystem.
