Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in data operations and/or business intelligence.
• 1-3 years’ experience in an advertising agency environment (analytics, ad operations, marketing sciences, digital investment, business analysis preferred)
• 3-5 years’ experience in digital media data, data governance, and quality processes in data warehousing or ETL environments
• 2+ years’ experience in client-facing roles and managing project teams (including offshore is a plus)
• In-depth knowledge of processes across multiple media channels; comfort with diverse dataset types (paid, owned, etc.)
• Familiarity with campaign management and performance optimization processes
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve data anomalies
• Advanced verbal, written, organizational, and project management skills; comfortable juggling multiple priorities
• Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Experience in process automation/continuous improvement initiatives

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain scalable data strategies, technical solutions, and data governance processes.
• Serve as liaison among internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive data integration and campaign tracking.
• Manage projects from requirements definition to completion with clear communication and timely delivery.
• Oversee data integrity and quality across campaign delivery and optimization lifecycles.
• Provide oversight of digital media buys and data flows to meet standards across channels.
• Drive adoption of data operations methodologies and leverage automation to improve efficiency.
• Mentor and lead team members, promoting collaboration and continuous learning.
