Job summary

Omnicom in the United States seeks a Manager of Data Operations to guide data-driven solutions across marketing and media activities. You will align Digital Media, Marketing Sciences, and offshore tech teams to optimize campaign delivery.

The role emphasizes process automation, data governance, and leadership with strong hands-on analytics and stakeholder engagement to drive performance for clients.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in data operations and/or business intelligence.
• 1-3 years’ experience in an advertising agency environment (analytics, ad operations, marketing sciences, digital investment, business analysis preferred)
• 3-5 years’ experience in digital media data, data governance, and quality processes in data warehousing or ETL environments
• 2+ years’ experience in client-facing roles and managing project teams (offshore is a plus)
• Familiarity with campaign management and performance optimization processes
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve data anomalies
• Advanced verbal, written, organizational, and project management skills; comfortable juggling multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Strategic Data Leadership: Develop scalable data strategies and governance processes.
• Team & Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise among internal teams and offshore resources for cohesive data integration and campaign tracking.
• Project & Process Management: Manage projects from requirements to completion with clear communication and timely delivery.
• Data Operations & Quality Assurance: Oversee data integrity, harmonization, QA, and reconciliation.
• Campaign Oversight: Oversee digital media buys and data flows across channels.
• Innovation & Automation: Drive adoption of data operations methodologies and automation to increase efficiency.
• Mentorship & Leadership: Guide and develop team members, promote collaboration.
