DATA OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE 2: The main responsibilities of the Data Operations Associate 2 are to provide operational data stewardship for clients of the Data Governance & Stewardship Center of Excellence. The resource will need to review client's customer profile data to make required changes based on clearly defined business rules. Experience in Life Sciences Pharmaceutical customer profile data, specifically HCP (Healthcare Professional) and HCO (Healthcare Organizational) data, is highly advantageous, along with good communication and work management skills. Immediate availability is required for this position.

Responsibilities include:

• Review and resolve MDM (Reltio) Priority queues as defined in the project scope
• Adhere to defined SLAs for MDM resolution
• Conduct data investigation and lineage research as needed
• Perform professional customer demographic research
• Ensure compliance with established processes and procedures
