Team Rubicon is seeking an Associate, Operations, to support its mission in disaster response. This remote role based in Pennsylvania or Maryland includes managing relationships with community partners and participating in emergency operations. Team Rubicon (TR) is seeking Associate, Operations to join TR's Programs x Domestic Ops - East Branch team! The Associate, Operations will collaboratively and cooperatively work within their team and on cross-functional teams. This will require working with competing priorities and keeping multiple stakeholders apprised of decisions. This Associate, Operations will build relationships with community partners in emergency management, VOAD, and local disaster assistance organizations in Pennsylvania (PA), Maryland (MD), Delaware (DE), and West Virginia (WV). The Associate, Operations will also motivate and inspire coworkers, contractors, volunteer leaders, and volunteers to further Team Rubicon service delivery within assigned geographies.
