Best Virginia Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical seeks an Operations Data Analyst & Technology Coordinator to turn data into actionable insights. You will develop dashboards, analyze performance, and coordinate basic tech support and system tasks in person at our Hurricane, WV location.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, reporting clarity, and collaboration with leaders and an outsourced IT provider to improve workflows and technology usage.

Qualifications

• Able to collect, clean, validate, analyze, and explain data.
• Strong Excel skills including formulas, PivotTables, and lookups.
• Experience creating dashboards and reports for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, organize, and validate company data to ensure accuracy.
• Track KPIs, operational results, and business metrics.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, scorecards, and visualizations for leadership.
• Turn raw data into clear summaries and practical insights to support decisions.
• Work with leaders to understand reporting needs and present information clearly.
• Help maintain data processes and improve data quality.
• Document data sources, processes, calculations, and limitations.
