Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Management Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for organizing, maintaining, and improving the integrity and accessibility of data across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data systems, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, organize, and maintain large datasets from multiple internal and external sources
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across platforms and reports
• Create and maintain data documentation, procedures, and standards
• Work with internal teams to identify data needs and provide actionable insights
• Monitor and audit data for errors, inconsistencies, or discrepancies, and correct them as needed
• Assist in the development of reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or BI platforms
• Support data migration, integration, and transformation initiatives
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data at all times

Qualifications:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Data Management, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of experience in a data management or similar administrative/data operations role
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive)
• Experience with databases, CRM systems, and data visualization tools is a plus
• High attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
