This position is a Grade: 10 - 40 with an approximate salary range of $66,270-$80,620 and is subject to change based on experience, skills and qualifications.

In this critical position, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accurate and efficient management of data that supports institutional research and analytics functions. Reporting directly to the Director of Strategic Analytics, you will be responsible for:

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain a data warehouse to collate and integrate current/historical data from various sources/systems within the university.
• Accurately store university data (e.g., admissions, enrollment, employee, survey, etc.) data into our data warehouse/database systems, ensuring completeness and correctness. Verify the accuracy of data entries and resolve any discrepancies as needed.
• Design, create, and generate reports to meet data requests. Assist in generating routine and ad-hoc reports based on specified data requirements. Prepare charts, graphs, and tables to present data visually, as needed.
• Administer system access for university systems identified as under the purview and administration of the Office of Institutional Data.
• Continue education regarding new and enhanced system platforms for the purposes of keeping the University and OID at the forefront of data management technology.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Data management, Information Science, Statistics or a related degree; Master's Degree preferred
• Three to five years of related work experience
• Relevant coursework or internships in data management are a plus
• Proficiency in data management software and reporting tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
