Job summary

Guild Mortgage Company is seeking a Senior BI Engineer to lead enterprise BI initiatives, govern data platforms, and deliver actionable insights through dashboards and reports. You will partner with IT, product, and business leaders to translate requirements into governed data solutions that drive strategic decisions.

Responsibilities include managing BI platforms, KPI design, metadata stewardship, and SDLC adherence in an Agile/ITILv4 environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science or related field.
• 5–7 years in BI Analyst roles with at least 2 years in senior technical duties.
• Expert Power BI administration and development with related certifications.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with multiple DB platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance and existing BI platforms, ensuring consistency and scalability.
• Create live dashboards and self-service reporting for multiple audiences.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and data requirements.
• Maintain metadata, data quality rules, and SDLC governance.
