GLS seeks a Senior Director, Data Development to lead data integration and BI development, building stable, scalable enterprise reporting and data sharing capabilities.

You will set strategy, mentor developers, enforce data governance, and ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture and security standards. The role focuses on delivering data-informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in BI, ETL, data architecture, and analytics.
• Experience building data lake solutions and cloud data warehouses.
• Strong SQL, data modeling, and data governance expertise.
• Proven leadership and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead data integration and BI development to build scalable enterprise reporting.
• Develop and enforce data governance, standards, and retirement strategies for data assets.
• Manage large, complex data projects including governance, risk, and resourcing.
• mentor team members and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights.
