FFF Enterprises is seeking a Business Analyst - Data Intelligence to support cross-functional initiatives through thoughtful analysis, requirements gathering, and process improvement.

This role translates complex problems into actionable solutions that drive data-driven decision-making, system enhancements, and operational efficiency. Collaboration with IT, engineering, product, and analytics teams will be essential to align technical solutions with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or four (4) years relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• Solid experience gathering and documenting requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
• Familiarity with data platforms, reporting tools, or BI environments for data-driven decisions.
• Experience in inventory, supply, or purchasing roles (minimum 3 years).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Experience in Agile or Scrum environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document detailed business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process reviews.
• Analyze business processes, workflows, and system functionality to identify areas for improvement or automation.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Partner with IT, engineering, product, and analytics teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and working sessions to ensure alignment on priorities, project scope, and solution design.
• Conduct gap analyses and impact assessments related to new features, enhancements, or system changes.
• Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), validating requirements and ensuring final deliverables meet stakeholder expectations.
• Support project delivery using Agile or Waterfall methodologies, including backlog management and sprint planning where applicable.
• Create documentation, SOPs, and training materials to support successful implementation and adoption of new tools or processes.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for live systems and ongoing business processes as needed.
