Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to bridge technical and business teams, translating data into actionable dashboards and insights. You will partner with Sales, Service, and Product to capture requirements, build metrics, and deliver scalable reporting solutions.

The role involves data stitching from multiple sources, presenting findings to stakeholders, and helping drive data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment. Strong SQL and BI tooling experience are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience building dashboards and visualizations in Power BI and/or Tableau.
• Strong SQL experience with the ability to query, manipulate, and analyze data.
• Experience collaborating directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver reporting solutions.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau.
• Partner with business stakeholders across Sales, Service, and Product teams to understand reporting and analytics needs.
• Translate business requirements into meaningful metrics, KPIs, and visualizations.
• Work with data services teams to identify, access, and stitch data from multiple sources.
• Analyze data and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to prioritize deliverables and support growth initiatives.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Support a rapidly scaling team by driving reporting, insights, and data-driven decisions.
