Job summary

Coretek is seeking a Business Analyst (Data & AI) who bridges business stakeholders and technical delivery teams. You will work with clients to understand objectives, processes, and opportunities for improvement in data, analytics, automation, and AI.

You translate opportunities into actionable requirements for solution architects, engineers, and developers, and you support workshops, governance, and acceptance testing.

Qualifications

• Gather, document, and validate business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Create user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
• Translate business needs into requirements for data, AI, and engineering teams.
• Facilitate stakeholder reviews and approval processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with objectives.
• Support client engagements and governance activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops and discovery sessions with executive, operational, and technical stakeholders.
• Document current-state processes, workflows, systems, and decision-making activities.
• Analyze operations to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop process maps, workflow diagrams, user journeys, and business capability models.
• Partner with solution architects and engineers to align requirements with technical solutions.
• Assist with testing, validation, and user acceptance activities.
• Support adoption planning and change management activities.
