Job summary

CFS is seeking an IT Business Analyst to support a major enterprise data initiative, bridging business stakeholders and external consultants. You will help implement a modern data warehouse, cleanse and organize data, and develop dashboards and AI-enabled workflows to drive reporting and automation.

The role involves collaborating with leadership, gathering data requirements, and supporting Power BI and related Microsoft tech across SaaS platforms.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years as business/ data analyst or systems analyst
• Strong understanding of database structures and data quality
• Experience with BI/reporting projects and data-related initiatives
• Ability to translate business needs into technical data requirements
• Experience supporting enterprise SaaS applications

Responsibilities

• Assist with data warehouse implementation and data quality activities
• Gather and document data requirements from business units
• Create reports and dashboards to drive decision making
