Job summary

FFF Enterprises and Nufactor is seeking a Business Analyst - Data Intelligence to support cross-functional initiatives through analysis, requirements gathering, and process improvements. You will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex problems into actionable data-driven solutions for system enhancements and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
Translate business needs into functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with IT, engineering, product, and analytics teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Assist in UAT, validate requirements, and ensure deliverables meet expectations.
Experience in an Agile or Waterfall environment and backlog management.

Responsibilities

Gather and document detailed business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process reviews.
Analyze business processes, workflows, and system functionality to identify areas for improvement or automation.
Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
Partner with IT, engineering, product, and analytics teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and working sessions to ensure alignment on priorities, project scope, and solution design.
Conduct gap analyses and impact assessments related to new features, enhancements, or system changes.
Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), validating requirements and ensuring final deliverables meet stakeholder expectations.
Support project delivery using Agile or Waterfall methodologies, including backlog management and sprint planning where applicable.
Create documentation, SOPs, and training materials to support successful implementation and adoption of new tools or processes.
Provide support and troubleshooting for live systems and ongoing business processes as needed.
Adheres specifically to all company policies and procedures, Federal and State regulations, and laws.
